CyberAgent & SAPTG News - May 2014
Dear Reader

"How bad is the real estate market?", this is a question I often get asked. It seems like the pessimists have started to gain ground because a great number of real estate agents, builders and developers will tell you that it is really bad. Me on the other hand, I suggest that you take a look at this month’s SAPTG transfer stats to form your own opinion: SAPTG – Transfer stats

After our last newsletter, we had numerous requests from our users to change our quarterly training to more frequent online seminars or webinars. Not only does users find it difficult to attend the training on certain days but some users also finds it difficult to travel. By hosting these events we can provide better and more frequent training to our CyberAgent and SAPTG users which will be specific to their needs. The dates for these seminars will be advertised in our newsletters and all our websites and mailers. Should you have any queries or suggestions, feel free to mail our support desk at

Scoring of listings happens every time you do an update on your website. This means that scoring will continuously change and feedback on your listings will be available at the same time as the update request is processed. Read more; How to turn browsers into buyers

Property Enquires: In the past few months, we have seen a massive change in trends. For instance, browsers used to request more information from agents by clicking the “contact agent” button but lately it seems as though most of them are calling the agents directly. To verify that discovery, we will start tracking users that are clicking on the contact details and to do this, we will change the display of the agent's details by hiding the contact number.

These changes have already been incorporated on and The user will have to click on "Show Details" to access the agent's contact number.  We will also be introducing a new stats interface that will distinguish between search engine spider views and normal user views. This interface will also keep a record of how often users click the “contact detail” button..

Want more exposure? and are highly optimised for social media platforms thus we recommend that, if don’t have one already, register for a Google Plus, Facebook or Twitter account and  take advantage of this opportunity. All you have to do is search for your property on or then click on the Google Plus, Facebook or Twitter buttons and your property will be shared with your network and search engines will list your property much faster. We also offer the website platform similar to that of CyberProp and Tivvit to our clients. If interested, please contact for more information.

Until next month!
