South Africa's real estate market has experienced some difficult times over the last few years. Economists speculated at the beginning of the year that 2016 was the worst performing year for residential property since 2012. With only a couple of months left in 2017, one cannot help but wonder if 2017 will outperform 2016.

In other news; South African cities leave much to be desired, this is according to the latest released Schroders Global Cities Index, which ranks over 700 cities in order of their attractiveness from a long-term real estate investment perspective. Johannesburg ranked fairly low at 212th, while Cape Town is all the way down at 414th.

The good news for all our SAPTG users is that we have added XDS ID tracing to our ID trace module, for more information and pricing see this month's SAPTG Update.

As we are getting closer towards the end of the year, you can now book your place in our final Webinar session for 2017 that will be held during the month of November. For dates see CyberAgent & SAPTG Training/Webinars below.

Until next month!

We have added XDS ID tracing to our ID trace module.
You will now be able to do an ID trace from XDS. A XDS trace will cost R6.00 Excl VAT.

We have added this option because the TransUnion ID trace price has gone up to R9.50 Excl VAT. TransUnion also charge for "NOT Found" records whereas XDS only charges for records found.

We highly recommend that you use Dracore or XDS for your ID tracing.
