Dear CyberAgent user, 2007! Are you prepared? This is my question to you for the year 2007. One of the largest surveys of real estate ever conducted shows that while nine out of 10 home buyers in America use an estate agent in the search process, the use of the Internet to search for a home has risen dramatically, increasing from only 2 percent of buyers in 1995 to 77 percent in 2005. It is estimate that the percentage at the end of 2006 is close to 83%. There is no doubt that technology is also playing an increasing important role in terms of buying and selling trends in South Africa, this according to National Association of realtors (NAR). Here at CyberAgent we offer you Internet advertising on the following websites;
What is "advertising"? Advertising is defined in Webster's dictionary as the action of calling something to the attention of the public, especially by paid announcements, to call public attention by emphasizing desirable qualities so as to arouse a desire to buy or to promote. Not only must advertising effectively communicate the desired message but the individual audience must be willing to "buy into" the desired message. BUT advertising do not have to cost a lot to be different. And that is the punch line, BE DIFFERENT! Ever thought of the following; Purchasing a first home is a big step, that comes with some very serious
decisions. Many homebuyers are intimidated by the process, and continue
renting much longer than they should, or need to. However, if you break
the home buying process down into simple steps, and give it to them they
will find the process less intimidating, and much more manageable. Why
not share your thoughts or tips to first time homebuyers on a pamphlet?
We will assist you by sharing 7 tips that you can give to first time buyers.
Come and meet us! We will be holding open sessions at our office for all our CyberAgent users (office staff and agents) over the next two months. These sessions promised to be sessions filled with fun, prizes and knowledge. Don't miss out! Greetings! |

Website Stats January 2007 allows us to "brag" about our website stats. Over the past year we have seen enormous growth in people visiting our CyberProp.com and affiliated websites with a growth rate of more than 50% from year to year. We received more than a total number of 3 million page impressions on the following websites;
Unlike some other websites portals bragging about their page impressions and riding on page impressions generated by non-property related websites, Internet browsers visiting the above websites were there for one reason only being, PROPERTY. Our total bandwidth usage on www.CyberProp.com
for the month of January 2007 alone was more than 80 Gigabyte. Search Engines Our Google enquiries on www.CyberProp.com (Internet browsers searching for properties related information on www.google.com) has jumped from an average of 1,000 per day to over 1,800 per day. When searching for property related information on Google, either one or more of the above sites and/or links to our customers are appearing on the first search page. Unlike some other companies who actually pay to get their names on the first page under sponsored links, we appear there because we owned the right to be there. 2007 will see CyberProp staying one of South Africa's leading
property portals assisting our CyberAgent user in advertising their
property listings A warm welcome to all new Agencies: We trust that by now you are well aware of what CyberAgent can do for you. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Fanie at support@cyberprop.com or phone us at: +27 (0)11 955-9100 or 086 112- 9237 Most Internet enquiries:
