If I “update to website” new listings on CyberAgent today, when will it show on the SA Hometraders site? Updates start at 21h00 each night

When I update to website, will it send all my active listings to SA Hometraders?
Yes, this will update all active listings in CyberAgent

If so, won’t duplicate listings appear on SA Hometraders?
Once we know that you will be using CyberAgent to update to SAhometraders , they will de-activate current listings and will issue us with your agency id which we then use to facilitate the dual update

2. REEP - REEP is a unique online property evaluation tool and the perfect background check to any property investment. All CyberAgent users are offered a six months FREE trial period

Improvements
User access control has been revised, when a user has been configured to have access only to his own listings ("edit data of" - in the user accounts settings), he will not be able to see or edit any of the other listings / contacts.

SIDE EFFECT OF IMPROVEMENT TO ACCESS CONTROL

In a recent build (3.100.1094) we revised the efficiency of the access control to contacts / properties via the User Accounts Editor. This means that if a user is configured to only be able to change contacts/listings belonging to him - he would not be able to even see the other contacts. This is attained by adding the "Agent Only" privilege to the user's account and also to specify on his account, that he can only "edit the data of" his own agent.

There is however a small side effect - the cause of which we don't clearly understand - but the result is that a user with no access restrictions may NOT see any contacts / properties in his contact manager / property manager. This is obviously not the desired situation. The fix for this is to log on as an Administrator, click on File > Edit User Accounts > then proceed to edit the affected account. Change the option of "User is allowed to edit data of" to any value, then change it right back to the desired value - ie: "Display All". Log off as administrator and log on with the desired user.

We've had to explain the fix to quite a number of users who have phoned in - we do apologise for the inconvenience and hope you all realise the benefits of the improvement.

Sending reports via Email

You now have the option to add the username/password of your outgoing mail server. Some mail servers are starting to refuse mail that has not been authenticated.

The anomaly where a duplicate attachment was made to the email has also been corrected. There is one requirement however - you need to download this file wwipstuff.dll to your CAGENTv3 folder, replacing the existing one. If you have any troubles with this - please contact our support team.
