Dear CyberAgent user, I am sure that there must be some of our CyberAgent users that watch America's got talent on Saturday nights. For those who did not see the last episode, I was stunned to hear one of the judges telling a contestant that he was either deaf or else dumb for not changing his act. In the end it did not matter what the judge said as America voted this talented man and his assistance through to the finals. Now what can I say if I keep on getting emails like the following;
Can I call you blind? Can I call you dumb? All of a sudden I can understand the frustration on the judge's side. One thing I can tell you is that the public is not going to vote you through to the next round. You are for sure going to loose out on listings and most importantly on SALES. Come on CyberAgent users wake up! If your listings are good, no toilets as the main photo, ample photos and good notes I promise you that we will continue getting maximum exposure for your listings. Newly added! Easy Info's new property portal, www.easyhomes.co.za We are also widening the horizon by adding International websites. We will be launching the updating of properties to www.Properazzi.com on 24 March 2008. Furthermore we are proud to announce that our own website, www.cyberprop.com
received nearly Cyberprop.com and CyberAgent with over 1100 users is for sure starting to gain ground! Greetings! |

| CyberAgent and Window Vista |
|
Good news. Windows Vista is now available. This is similar to Windows XP but just another Windows Operating System. There are a few Windows Vista Packages available. To installing Windows Vista, first make sure CyberAgent settings are correct. If you right click on the CyberAgent icon and go to properties you will find an option Run as administrator all Vista users must have this tick box enabled .. For Vista Business users: We had a problem with the pictures not loading on CyberAgent. It gives an error message when loading any pictures (See error message attached). This problem has been corrected and this will only work if you are on the latest CyberAgent build. The Current latest build is 3.100.1269. Not all of you are using Windows Vista but some do, for those who do not have Vista just keep in mind that should you decide to go over to vista, just call our support line on (011) 955-9100 or mail us on support@cyberprop.com for assistance. Please make sure you are on the latest CyberAgent Build! Vista user or not! We are also receiving a lot of emails with properties not updating reason being that the location of the property is invalid. This error messages do not appear on CyberAgent as a Validation error, an email gets sent to the agencies informing them about these invalid location, which is why it is so important that we have your correct email addresses. Please mail me the email addresses of all personnel working on CyberAgent as well as the Companies email address so I can update my records. CyberAgent users must know about these errors to ensure that their database is correct and all properties that should update do update. To update the CyberAgent suburb list, follow the following steps:
Please do not hesitate to call our support line on (011) 955-9100 or mail us on support@cyberprop.com should you need any assistance. |

| CyberAgent and Property24 |
|
Hi Mark I think I have finally resolved the problem temporarily. What has happened, as I understand it, is that property24 has upgraded to a new listing system. Cyberagent still feeds into the old listing system. The old system sends through information to the new one but because of the system that cyberagent uses, the pictures cannot be sent through and that is why they are not appearing on the web (theyre not on the new system). I was told that Id have to get the actual property24 listing system if I wanted to continue to list properties. For now, they are manually pushing through my photos. I hope this makes sense I am not good with technological jargon. Many thanks for your help, Elle Cameron - Assist2Sell Properties Hermanus Answer: Mark - it would seem that CyberAgent is no longer compatible with P24 - after the change on their side. Best advise to our CyberAgent users is to; 1. to double capture or 2. Alternatively tell the client to speak to Property24 and put some pressure on. We do have an interface whereby we can do it automatically but need Property24's approval. We are doing this for other agencies Comments: Does this means;
We encourage you, as real estate agencies to stand together and show the bullies of this world that your vote also counts. We are proud of our company. We are proud of our software and service.
We are proud of our staff and achievements and we will continue to develop
cutting edge software, staying at least a few steps in front of our competitors.
We will not sell or promise what we do not have or can not give. We will
continue to serve our clients in the best possible way in
order to improve their business in any possible way.

| Even experienced agents are quitting real estate |
|
Indications are that even experienced estate agents are now leaving the industry as a result of tougher trading conditions and tightening legislation. And if this trend gathers momentum it will have far-reaching implications for the industry and consumer, says RealNet property group CEO Tjaart van der Walt. Sales are harder to come by in the current climate as we all know, and agent attrition is expected. But it would seem that experienced agents are now also leaving the industry, having taken the view that the game is no longer worth the candle.

| IEASA - Property positive |
|
While the response from the real estate industry has generally been negative, there were quite a few positives for property in this weeks Budget. The first of these, says Dr Piet Botha, chairman of the Nationlink estate agency group, was Finance Minister Trevor Manuels assurance that inflation will be within the target range of three to six percent by the end of this year. All things being equal, the Reserve Bank will then be able to lower interest rates. It has been proven again and again that interest rates are the single most important factor persuading home seekers to buy or not to buy. |

Draft Regulation on Education of Estate Agents The proposed Regulations relating to the Standard of Training of Estate Agents are published by the Board for the general information of estate agents and stakeholders. The draft regulations are, in most respects, similar to the regulations that were published for comment in the Government Gazette during August 2007. It will be noted, however, that the Final Summative Assessment, which would have formed an integral component of the NQF Level 4 and 5 Qualifications, has been superseded by the Professional Designation Examination one of the essential requirements for the professionalisation of estate agency. It is anticipated that the effective date for the coming into operation of the regulations will be 1 April 2008. Stakeholders will be kept informed of all further developments in the implementation of the regulations by way of regular website updates.
