This is there for you to be able to see what has happened in the last month with your listings in regards to how many times they have been viewed and how many internet enquiries have been generated for the past month. You might have other software on your PC to do this as well, for example WinZip or WinRAR. Either way, you simply need to open the zip and then extract the file to somewhere convenient such as your desktop.

How to contact support?
We have a huge problem with clients sending support queries to specific members of support with the result that issues are not being attended to promptly. The specific person might not be available at the time the email is sent. Please mail all your support queries to email@example.com. This is an automated email account that will allocate the query to the first available member of support and it will also issue the client with a ticket number for future reference.
Q: Is there a bulk replacement facility in cyberagent?
A: There is a facility in cyberagent where you can do bulk replacements for agents data. For example, if an agent leaves your company whether it be permanent or temporary, you can move all data associated with that agent to another in a quick and easy way rather then changing each record individually.
Here are the steps:
Step1: Log into cyberagent
Step2: In the menu options at the top of the screen click utilities. From that list click Bulk agent update
Step 3: A form will now open, first choose the agent from which you will be transferring the listings, then choose the agent to which the listings will be transferred. Then select what you would like to transfer between the agents whether it be contacts or properties etc. Then click the bulk change agent selection button and then the bulk change is complete.

Only those estate agents who specialise in home owners' associations and sectional titles schemes need to know how these types of community schemes operate to be able to iron out any difficulties that may arise in their sale process. But for the last twenty years, all middle and upper-class housing has come onto the market as either HOAs or sectional title schemes. So, for any estate agent concentrating in newer and up-market areas, this knowledge may be very useful.
|Western Cape agents warned|
It will be a big disadvantage for estate agents to miss out on registering this year for training for the obligatory NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications, says Sandy Walsh, Head of Training at the Western Cape Institute of Estate Agents.
Those few agents who have ignored our notices to date have to sit up and realise that there are only four months left to enrol for their Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and comply with the requirements of the Estate Agency Affairs Board. Agents and principals will be required to prove that they have completed or enrolled for their RPL when they apply for Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFC) for 2012 and if they do not have this certificate they cannot act as agents.

1. They are researching agents: When a buyer or seller gets your name, one of the first things they will do is research you on Facebook and Google (most of the time when they search for you on Google, they will find you on Facebook).
The way that consumers make decisions has dramatically changed with Facebooks popularity. Its no longer good enough to be on Facebook, you have to be in control of what buyers and sellers find out about you on Facebook.
2. They want up-to-date information on the areas they live in (or want to live in): Buyers and sellers know that Facebook is a resource for them to get updates about the area they live in or the area they are researching.
Once they become a fan of your business page on Facebook, they expect to receive valuable information that will assist them in their next real estate decision.
