Tuesday 30 May marked yet again a first for South Africa, CyberAgent went mobile!

More than 50 delegates from the press and IT world as well some of the top Real Estate Agencies in Gauteng attended the press release that was held at Sybase. Report Import
The importing of reports have been fixed in the Property Manager and the Search

SMS
When sending more than one SMS you will need to confirm the sending of the SMS messages. Duplication on cell numbers have been removed with an earlier version.

Property Manager
Bathroom field modified to accommodate more than 9 bathrooms.

Contact Manager
The record order in the contact manager on price have been changed to descending order.

Slide Show
This Slide Show now displays up to 5 small pictures at the bottom of the main picture. If you click on one of the small pictures, it is displayed on top.
When the Slide Show is activated the property count is displayed on the top of the form.
The form now also opens maximized.
The print function now supports up to 5 pictures for display purposes. There are 2 buttons at the bottom of the form that enables one to increase or decrease the picture size.

Client View
When clicking on the Slide Show toolbar button you can choose between Slide Show and Client View. The Client View is very similar to the Slide Show except for the display of property information on the form. Buttons are as follow:

Real estate in a cyber world

When it comes to selling real estate in a modern, digitised world, USP Designs has the answer. They will then SMS that number to 35476 and will receive an SMS back with all the details of the property. At the same time the agent / agency will also be informed of a potential buyer. Here's a diagram on the way this process will work...

1. Agent captures the details of the property and pictures into CyberAgent
2. Agent updates the property to the Internet
3. The Internet server sends back a unique number for that property
4. Agent puts up his "For Sale" board together with our SMS board
5. Potential buyer sees the "SMS" board and SMS's the unique number to the Internet server

6. The Internet server sends back an SMS with all the property details and a link to the website where he/she can view pictures on the property
