1 Who owns the site?
The Site is owned by Tivvit Solutions (Pty) Ltd, of 22 Ackerman Street, Witpoortjie, Roodepoort. Wherever the term Cyberagent shall appear in these Terms and Conditions, such terms shall also include Cyberagent’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members, managers, representatives, principals, and agents.
2 What terms and conditions are you legally bound to?

3 What responsibility does Cyberagent have concerning links and third party merchants?
